Location
Swords is one of Europe's most rapidly expanding towns.
In addition to new homes being constructed, industrial and
office development is progressing at unprecedented levels.
Some of Ireland's biggest employers are based in the area
in many of the nearby business parks. Amongst these is Airside
which has a wide range of superstores aswell as state of
the art office facilities.
Swords has an excellent range of amenities with good schools,great
shopping and a wide variety of recreational facilities close
by. The Pavilions shopping centre, one of the largest in
Ireland, has over 70 high street shops and is close to Swords
main street.
Dublin Airport is only minutes away, so if you travel abroad
frequently, once you step off the plane you're home within
minutes. Broadmeadow linear park, located north of the development,
runs along the Broadmeadow River and provides an extensive
scenic area.
